Eric Adams

Today, we remember Eric Alan Adams - National Guard Army medic - Citizen Soldier, a registered nurse who succumbed to his cancer on November 19, 2017.  He deployed with the Kentucky National Guard, out of Louisville serving 14 years also supporting the 10th Mountain Division performing high-risk search and rescue missions in Afghanistan along the contested Pakistani border.  He left behind a large, loving family -- parents, his wife Crystal brothers, nephews, and nieces.  He spent his life-saving lives, restoring health only to be killed by cancer he developed over 10 years after his service at k2.
